The doors open on time.
Mi Karchi runs registration, tickets and check-in for staff celebrations, conferences and public events, from 40 people to thousands. Guests never make an account, the door never needs a signal, and our team sets it all up with you.
Staff celebrations, several years running, everyone arriving in the same fifteen minutes.
Register from a link, keep the ticket. No account, no app.
Six phones scanning at once. No ticket admitted twice.
The door is the product.
Most ticketing tools are designed for the checkout. Mi Karchi is designed for the fifteen minutes when a thousand people meet five staff with phones.
The full guest list is cached on the device. Scans queue locally and sync when the network returns.
A second scan says when and where the ticket was first used, so staff can settle it on the spot.
A paper guest list per station, generated the morning of the event.
You bring the event. We set up the rest with you.
- Tell us the date and the headcount
We set up the event page, your questions and the tickets with you.
- Share one link
By email or WhatsApp. Registrations, the waitlist and tickets run themselves.
- Open the doors
Staff phones become scanners, and our team stands at the door with yours.
Events where the door matters.
Staff celebrations and company events
Your own questions, like department and meal choice, counts from real registrations, and a report for your manager the next morning.
Conferences and public events
Open registration from one link, a waitlist when you are full, and attendance and no-show numbers afterwards.
Agencies
Run your client's registration and door with us. Your client gets a read-only view of their own event.
You see everything, without chasing anyone.
Delivery you can check
Bounced and blocked invitations are listed per event, so you know before the door does.
Live arrivals
Watch the room fill, per station, as it happens. Nothing to refresh.
The report that night
Attendance, no-shows, arrivals over time, and the answers to your own questions, exported to CSV.
Questions before the demo
- What if the venue wifi fails?
- Every phone keeps the guest list and keeps scanning. Scans sync when the signal returns, and each station has a paper list as a last resort.
- Do guests need an app or an account?
- No. They register from a link and keep the ticket on screen and by email. If it goes missing, they enter their email and it is sent again.
- Why not a form or a ticket marketplace?
- A form collects names and a marketplace sells tickets. Neither sets up your event with you, shows whether invitations arrived, or keeps the door moving without a signal.
- Where is attendee data kept?
- In the United States, with Supabase and Vercel. Attendees never create an account, and we only ask what your event needs.
